What is the minimum Order?
Minimum opening order is $250/reorder is $250

How will I know when my order will ship?
Shipping times will vary by season. In stock merchandise will ship within 10 business days of order receipt.  Back ordered items will ship based on product availability.  To inquire about an order, email support@shiraleah.com or contact your rep.  For more information see our terms and policies section. 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, but changes need to be made 2 weeks prior to requested ship date.  If an order has already been packed we cannot make any changes. Note all changes must be in writing sent to support@shiraleah.com

How can I track the status of my order?
Upon shipment you will receive an email notification with tracking information.  You can also contact info@shiraleah.com for more information.

What if I place an order for an item that is not in stock?
If an item is not in stock it will be backordered until it becomes available again. Because we work with multiple manufacturers it is difficult to ship an order 100% complete. Backorders will stay on your account as an open order up to 6 months from the original order date. If you do not wish to receive the backorder you must email support@shiraleah.com and submit a cancellation request. 

What forms of payment are accepted at Shiraleah?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and check. 

All accounts must order at least three times before applying for terms. See our terms and policies for more information. 

When will I be billed/charged for my order?
You are not charged until your order is ready to ship.  Shiraleah will preauthorize your credit card up to 72 hours prior to shipping. 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We ship UPS Ground; and therefore are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.

Can I ship an order to a foreign country?
If you are shipping anywhere outside of the U.S. a freight forwarder address is preferred.  Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees. 

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Yes. If your company has multiple locations but share the same billing address we can ship to each location separately.

Do you drop ship?
We do not drop ship at this time.

Does Shiraleah offer exclusivity?
This is done on a case by case basis and it's best to work with your local sales rep. You can always contact sales@shiraleah.com to confirm the territory is open.

Am I charged shipping on backorders?
Yes, there are shipping charges on backorders.

What is PU/polyurethane?
This is a man-made material designed to look like leather. But unlike leather, the material is safer to produce and healthier for consumers to carry. In fact, we voluntarily put our vegan leather products through vigorous testing to ensure safe lead content. The production of this material involves minimal toxic output compared to leather tanning and the material is biodegradable in 10 years. All of our bags are prop 65 compliant and include a certificate.
