Shipping & Returns Retail Orders

SHIPPING

All orders ship Monday through Friday from Chicago, IL. Processing takes 1-2 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments. 

Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Email suport@shiraleah.com. Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse.

second day air / 2 days
ups next day air / 1 day
international / arrival time will vary

*please note that this isn’t an expedited shipping method. 

SOME NOTES!

  • Orders placed after 12 pm central standard time will process the following business day.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We're not responsible for ups shipping delays.
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
  • Ups does not ship or deliver on weekends.
  • Ups cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!

RETURNS

Not happy with your purchase? Well, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed!

To return something, please email info@shiraleah.com All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 14 days of the delivery date. Sorry, unauthorized returns will be refused.

SOME NOTES!

  • We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported within 7 business days.
  • Received a damaged product? We're sorry. Please contact support@shiraleah.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice!
