Shipping & Returns Retail Orders
All orders ship Monday through Friday from Chicago, IL. Processing takes 1-2 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments.
Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Email email@example.com. Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse.

*please note that this isn’t an expedited shipping method.
- Orders placed after 12 pm central standard time will process the following business day.
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for ups shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
- Ups does not ship or deliver on weekends.
- Ups cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!

To return something, please email firstname.lastname@example.org All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 14 days of the delivery date. Sorry, unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
- We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping.
- Any order discrepancies must be reported in writing to email@example.com within 7 business days.
- Received a damaged product? We're sorry. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice!
