Shipping & Returns Retail Orders


All orders ship Monday through Friday from Chicago, IL. Processing takes 1-2 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments. 

Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Email Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse.

  • Orders placed after 12 pm central standard time will process the following business day.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We're not responsible for ups shipping delays.
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
  • Ups does not ship or deliver on weekends.
  • Ups cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!

To return something, please email All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 14 days of the delivery date. Sorry, unauthorized returns will not be refunded.


  • We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported in writing to within 7 business days.
  • Received a damaged product? We're sorry. Please contact within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice!
