Returns & Claims Wholesale Orders
All returns are required to have a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please contact support@shiraleah.com or call 866-503-9765 x224 to obtain your unique return authorization number and form. All returned shipments must include the completed return form. Returns must be received back to Shiraleah at our Chicago warehouse within 14 days of obtaining your RA#. All returns must be shipped back to Shiraleah at the customer's expense unless approved by our customer service team.
All returns are subject to approval by Shiraleah and must be received in resalable condition (i.e. in original packaging, without damages or retail price tags). A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned or refused merchandise and/or that do not meet the above criteria. In addition, customers who refuse shipments will be subject to freight charges plus any fees. Returns that do not adhere to this policy and require additional handling will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
All claims for damages and discrepancies must be reported to Shiraleah customer service at support@shiraleah.com within 14 days of receipt. Open credits must be used within 3 months of issuance.
Many Shiraleah products are handcrafted and made from natural materials such as bamboo, horn, shell and recycled materials such as glass, aluminum and paper. As a result, our products will have slight variations in color, texture, and finish that make our product distinct and unique. These variations are not considered damages and returns will not be accepted.
